HealthspanPrices is an independent price-comparison site. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation to order, skip or interpret any test. Some tests listed here are not validated for the uses they are marketed for; we say so where published sources support it.

Prices change

We record the price shown on each seller's public product page on the date shown. Sellers change prices, run sales, add fees and restrict states without notice. Always confirm the final price at checkout.

How we collect prices

• Only prices publicly displayed on a seller's own page are listed; we do not estimate missing prices.
• "Total" adds fees the seller lists on the product page (such as physician-authorization fees). It does not include shipping, tax, blood-draw fees or consultations unless listed.
• Listings sold only to a clinic's existing patients are labeled in "Who can order".
• An automated script re-checks prices and flags changes; a few sites that block automated checks are verified by hand and labeled.

How we assign evidence levels

Each test shows one of: Established; Widely used, with known limits; Emerging; Not validated; or Not yet reviewed. We publish a tier only when we can cite at least one clinical guideline, systematic review or statement from a major professional society that we have read ourselves. Otherwise the test is marked "Not yet reviewed". Sources are linked on each test page.
